SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE ADHERED TO ALL TIMES!!!

CHRISTMAS DATES:

Closed - 25th, 26th, 27th December

Closed - 1st, 2nd, 3rd January

Cut off time for next day orders is 4pm (depending on the type of cake).

Orders  received after 4pm on Saturdays or anytime on Sundays will be treated as Monday orders for earliest delivery on Tuesdays.

We deliver cakes to all London postcode areas (within the M25) Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm for a flat rate of £10 (£25 within congestion zone).

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO HOPSITAL OR SCHOOLS! Please make arrangements to have your cakes delivered to a residential address instead.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as this depends on volume of deliveries on the day, traffic routes, time spent at customers address etc.

If it is imperative you have the cake in the morning please request the cake be delivered the day before.

We aim to give the customer a 1 hour delivery window on the date of delivery but cannot always guarantee this. We are a small business and do not have the technology to do so all the time, especially on days when we have a lot of deliveries all over London.

We can deliver outside London using couriers. The delivery charge will be significantly higher and will have to be agreed upon prior to customer placing the order.

Our drivers do not enter buildings but will notify the customer when they arrive at address to come down/out to collect their cake(s).

Once the cake is collected by the customer at their delivery address, Sponge and Cream will not be held liable/responsible for any damages which might occur at the customer’s venue.

If the customer is not at home at the on the agreed delivery date, the cake will be kept at our premises for 2 more days within which time the customer will need to make payment for another delivery.

We do not offer refunds for cakes that we could not deliver due to the customer not being at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day.
