Raspberry sandwich


3 layered cake made using two layers of chococlate sponge and one layer of vanilla sponge. Vanilla sponge has a layer of raspberry jam. All iced with lashed of creamy raspberry buttercream topper with fresh raspberries.

  • Ingredients

    List of ingredients:
    Plain flour*, caster sugar, unsalted butter*, free range eggs*, 100% cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, milk*, vanilla extract, raspberry jam.

    Icing sugar, unsalted butter*, milk*, vanilla extract, fresh raspberries.

  • Storage information

    All our cakes are made fresh to order from scratch.

    Weather permitting, they can be kept out of fridge and best eaten at room temperature.

    Best to refrigerate over-night but might require other type of storage depending on cake decorations/design.

    Cakes with edible pictures or heavily decorated with fondant artwork are best kept in a cool, dark area outside the fridge.
